Role Description:
This is a remote Sales and Marketing Internship role. The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, customer service, sales, and training. The Sales and Marketing Intern will also be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and sales management techniques.
1. Conduct market research and identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities for business expansion
2. Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers
3. Collaborate to create engaging digital campaigns, utilizing your knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
4. Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information
5. Prepare sales presentations and creative proposals, highlighting the unique value proposition of Triponam’s products and services
6. Actively participate in sales meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and provide valuable insights for business development
7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Training and/or sales management experience is a plus
- Passion for travel and knowledge of diverse cultures and regions is a plus
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
